Welcome to our school

KIMPTON, THRUXTON and FYFIELD

CHURCH OF ENGLAND (Aided) PRIMARY SCHOOL

The governors, staff, children and I would like to extend a warm welcome to Kimpton, Thruxton and Fyfield C of E school and hope that this website will give you a flavour of our lovely school.

As a Church of England school, we are proud of our Christian foundation and continue to explore and develop our understanding of Christian values.  Because we have recently had a change of leadership in the school, we are taking the opportunity to review the values which we believe will underpin our ethos and drive the vision for our school.  We will work with our parents, children, staff and governors to determine those values which permeate our day to day interactions, relationships and decisions.

The school is set in lovely grounds with good facilities, attended by children from the villages of Kimpton, Thruxton, Fyfield and beyond.  We want to develop good relationships with our parents and thus, encourage a positive and productive partnership from the beginning.

We are a very welcoming community, a school where our children behave well, where children feel safe and one where our childrens' spiritual, moral, social and cultural needs are extremely well met.  All in our school are committed to developing the very best opportunities for our children to achieve success and for each child to feel valued.

If you would like to know more about us and how we can meet your expectations, please take some time to explore our website further and to come and see us in action.

I look forward to meeting you and your child.
